What the record says

Named in the July 19, 2022 announcement as one of seven founding brands of the association.

The story

On July 19, 2022 an announcement from Dugard Communications introduced the Tennessee Minority-Owned Wine & Spirits Association and named seven founding brands. The same release described a retail collaboration with Last Chance Liquors. Independent reporting in the Nashville Scene on August 31, 2022 covered the association and Jason Ridgel's organizing work.

This profile records that documented historical participation. It is not a statement about the brand's current ownership, operations, distribution, membership status or event schedule. Those facts require separate current verification before they are published here.

Founder

Jason Ridgel

Founder of Guidance Whiskey and, in contemporaneous 2022 reporting, the organizing figure behind the Tennessee Minority-Owned Wine & Spirits Association.
