WHO WE ARE
This site is run by the Tennessee Minority Owned Wine and Spirits Association (TMOWSA), a collective of member brands. It is not a registered company and does not collect money; sales and payments go to the member brands, which are separate businesses. Contact: Jason Ridgel, info@tmowsa.org.
Information we collect
The Join, Contact and Create an Opportunity forms collect the information you provide, including your name, email, organization and message. Depending on the form, this may also include your city, role, interests, website, opportunity details and consent preferences.
How we use information
We use your information only to respond to you and route opportunities to the relevant member brands. Your information is not sold.
Jason Ridgel receives and responds to form submissions.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
If you send us an opportunity, we share your details with the member brand or brands it fits. Companies that host this site and its forms store information for us. We do not sell your information or list it publicly.
EMAILS
If you sign up for news, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email or by writing to info@tmowsa.org.
Age gate preference
When you confirm that you are 21 or older, we store that age gate preference in your browser so you do not need to answer again in that browser. You can remove the preference by clearing your browser’s site data.
21 AND OVER
This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Update or delete information
To request an update to or deletion of your information, contact info@tmowsa.org.
CHANGES
If we change this policy, we update the effective date above.
