Start with the obvious ones
Distiller. Blender. Cellar worker. Bottling line operator. Quality and laboratory technician.
Then everything around them
**Agriculture and raw materials** — grain farming, agave cultivation, viticulture, malting, yeast supply.
**Making the package** — glass manufacturing, cooperage, closure manufacturing, label printing, packaging and structural design, industrial design.
**Getting it out the door** — warehousing, logistics, freight, import and export, customs brokerage, inventory planning.
**Selling it** — brand ambassador, sales representative, key account manager, broker, category manager, retail buyer, beverage director.
**Talking about it** — photographer, videographer, copywriter, graphic designer, social media manager, publicist, journalist, editor, educator.
**Keeping it legal and solvent** — compliance specialist, licensing attorney, trademark attorney, accountant, controller, insurance broker.
**Hospitality** — bartender, sommelier, bar manager, restaurant operator, trainer, event producer, festival organiser.
**Science and engineering** — fermentation science, chemistry, sensory analysis, process engineering, maintenance, sustainability and water management.
How people actually get in
Most of these jobs are filled by referral. That is not a conspiracy; it is what happens in an industry built on relationships. It is also exactly why access is unevenly distributed, and why an introduction is a real form of help.
If you are looking
Look at your existing skill first and find its equivalent here. Accountants, designers, drivers, chemists, writers and organisers are all needed. You do not have to start over. You have to find the door.
This page is a map, not a job board. We do not list openings and we do not promise placement.
We need each other.
If this story gave you an idea — a shelf, a menu, a stage, an introduction — you can act on it here.
